I agree with Hank. I think that we need this national standardization. We can use city planning (ie. NYC) and be able to adapt this national standard if we need to bring in other jurisdictions. For Upstate NY it would be great because each Agency sometimes has their own system. It is also important because there are some places where jurisdictions are in the corner where three states meet. This would make a MCI much easier. Thanks ems1.com
