Always looking for best practices but this video missed two critical actions. The person loading the cot from the foot end should be using the lower lift bar, notice the extra lift above his waist... If his arms were 10" lower he would not be lifting above his waist and could better use his legs to lift. Second, we have all had our hands caught between the safety bar and the floor, hurts for a couple of weeks. The lever installed by the manufacturer to lift the bar should be used.
