Bicycle Ambulances in Mozambique
Bicycle ambulances save lives in Africa, carrying patients dozens of kilometers to the nearest clinic or hospital when they are in labour, sick, or injured. PWRDF, with support from the Canadian International Development Agency, has distributed 30 ambulances in Mozambique over the last few years, and will be distributing another 100 in the next four years.
