An ambulance refused to take an East Point mother’s child to the hospital due to safety reasons. When a child is transported, a specially designed restraint is used to strap the child to a stretcher. And with all the medical equipment, medics said there is no room to carry a spare car seat. For safety reasons, they can't let another child in the back of an ambulance.
